Het werd in 1970 opgericht als een tijdelijke oplossing toen de oude locomotiefloods werd afgebroken, maar het is niet dragend noch profielloos. Daarom moet de verdere bouw van de locomotiefloods worden onderbroken om eerst een nieuwe scheidingswand op te trekken.
