Naast statische berekeningen en plantekeningen was hiervoor ook een aanvullende bouwvergunning nodig, inclusief teststatica. De nieuwe scheidingsmuur zal worden opgetrokken als een stalen raamwerk met met bakstenen beklede travee\u00ebn. De benodigde stalen liggers werden door een gespecialiseerd bedrijf gemaakt en medio november op de bouwplaats afgeleverd. Hier werd een extra coating aangebracht. Nu alle materialen voor de bouw van de nieuwe scheidingsmuur klaar zijn, kan onmiddellijk worden begonnen met het optrekken van de nieuwe muur na de afbraak van de bestaande muur.
