Last Friday, 21 October, a large company event was held on our premises by the Ringfeder company (https:\/\/www.ringfeder.com\/<\/a>), which celebrated its 100th anniversary. About 250 guests took part in the festivities.
\nEvents of such magnitude require careful planning and preparation. Thus, the locomotive shed was partially cleared in advance in order to be equipped with seating and a food buffet by the catering service.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The guests were picked up in style by a special steam train at Darmstadt main station at 4 pm and driven to the railway museum. For the first time in three and a half years, our 184 DME was used, as well as the entire operational fleet of wagons, which now consists of five historic seat wagons from the 1920s-1940s in addition to the baggage car. After this entertaining train ride, the guests were welcomed at the turntable and got in the mood for the main part of the event, which then took place in the locomotive shed of the railway museum.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In addition to the company’s festive programme, we offered guided tours of the collection and vehicle demonstrations, and the historic forge was also on show.<\/p>\n
