At the moment, we are visually refurbishing coach 20 of the Gelnh\u00e4user Kreisbahn. We have already refurbished car 19 so that we will soon be able to present the original train of the former private railway from W\u00e4chtersbach to Bad Orb (together with the diesel locomotive VL 12). In the last few months, the body of wagon 20 was filled and sanded. It was then given a new coat of paint. In addition to a new coat of paint, the car, which had been badly damaged by vandalism, also received new window panes. Work on the interior of the “Donnerbuechse” Bi 84 803 is on the home straight. New wooden panels have been fitted and then wallpapered. Furthermore, cleaning work was carried out on the moving parts in the undercarriage and the measuring device was fitted.
