With our anniversary calendar, we are celebrating 50 years of the Darmstadt-Kranichstein Railway Museum \u2013 one of the most important railway museums in Germany. The twelve impressive motifs show various exhibits in the context of unforgettable historical milestones from five decades of living railway culture.<\/p>\n

Since the association was founded in 1970 and the museum opened in 1976, dedicated volunteers have preserved the fascination of the railway \u2013 not as a silent collection, but as a living museum that brings history to life. The collection, exhibitions and events are constantly changing: in addition to the established annual major events such as the Railway World Days and Steam Locomotive Festivals, new and interesting themes for events and exhibitions are constantly being found to enrich the Bahnwelt offerings.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
